Workplace Bullying
There are always, and always will be, individuals whose personalities make them prone to bullying. Many efforts are made to curb this behavior pattern and to eliminate bullying in schools completely.

Workplace bullying, as in childhood or school bullying, is the tendency of an individual or group to use persistent aggressive or unreasonable behavior against a co-worker. Workplace bullying includes such tactics as:

It can include verbal issues like being rude or belligerent or talking in a dismissive tone to subordinates and or peers. Another form of bulling is screaming or swearing at a fellow employee.
Other examples include:
- Having an arrogant attitude in general
- Being quick to criticize and slow to praise
- Destruction of property or a work product or project
- Assassinating character
- Spreading malicious rumors
- Gossiping about others
- Not supplying appropriate resources and amenities in a fair and equitable manner
- Social ostracism
- Physical assault
Threats of physical assault typically do not fit in with a company’s policies and procedures.
