Perry Smith received his juris doctor, cum laude, from the University Of Georgia School Of Law. While attending the University of Georgia, he served as the articles editor of the Georgia Law Review. During his first year of law school, Mr. Smith received the Newell Edenfield Scholarship for being in the top 10% of his class. He received his B.A. from Brigham Young University.

Currently, Mr. Smith is a partner in the firm of Barritt Smith. He has successfully obtained high-dollar results for employees that were the victims of wrongful discrimination, retaliation, discrimination, and other injuries at the hands of their employers.
